Recall Incentive

Recall Incentive can provide substantial savings to dual fuel customers compared to the lowest fixed natural gas prices available in the market. This product is designed for customers with more stringent or limited dual fuel capability. Recall is best for customers who prefer a discount off current market prices in exchange for burning their alternate fuel at Hess' discretion. Recall can also benefit any customer who can switch to an alternate fuel on short notice.

How it works:

• You lock-in a term natural gas contract (typically 12 - 36 months) with Hess and tell us how many days per year you can switch to oil
• During the term of your contract, Hess will inform you when to switch to your alternate fuel (always within the number of days specified in your contract)
• On those days when you are asked to switch to the alternate fuel, you are free to burn your oil from storage, purchase oil from Hess, or go to the market for oil or peaking gas supplies. On all other days you will receive the low, fixed natural gas price from Hess
